Round 2 took the series to Shannonville Motorsport Park for the SMP Cup. The weather was perfect for a great weekend of racing. Race 1 continued the great battles all throughout the field in both A Class & B Class but ended with some familiar faces on the podiums. Race 2 saw a new face on the A Class podium, Calum Dunbar after a mechanical failure for Henderson Knox. After making repairs to his car in time for Race 3 Henderson Knox put on an epic display of driving going from last place (14th) all the way to a podium finish in 3rd place. It was truly amazing to watch. B Class had a couple of DNFs which allowed some new drivers to get podium finishes.
