Tires F1600 Championship is excited to announce its 2019 schedule! A 6 Event, 18 Race Series will see teams and drivers visit three venues and race five different tracks in the season ahead! A busy spring schedule will kick off at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park with the traditional BEMC Spring Trophy Races May 10/11. Two weeks later on the first weekend of June, competitors will take to Calabogie Motorsports Park in the Kyle Nash Memorial Race. CMP boasts two track configurations, and drivers will be challenged racing one on each day of the event. The annual VARAC Vintage Grand Prix has always been a highlight of the season for drivers and spectators and following tradition, this event will take place on Father’s Day Weekend at CTMP and includes the Oliver Clubine Memorial race on Saturday.

The championship will begin its second half in closing the month of June as teams travel to Shannonville Motorsports Park for the CTCC Summer Challenge. SMP is another circuit that offers multiple track configurations and drivers will race the Pro Track layout on Saturday and the Long Track layout on Sunday. The fifth event in the series follows a summer break. The BARC Canadian Touring Trophy Races on July 26/27 will bring the series back to Canadian Tire Motorsports Park, and it will also conclude there August 23/24 where champions will be crowned in front of 75,000 fans attending the Chevrolet Silverado 250!
