Calabogie, ON (Aug 22, 2017) – The Toyo Tires Canada F1600 Series visits Calabogie Motorsports Park this coming weekend for the Ted Powell Memorial Races, the penultimate round of the 2017 Championship.
A Class point leader Ben Hurst enters the weekend with a commanding lead for Brian Graham Racing while Graham Lobban maintains the point lead in B Class through the first four rounds.
Full fields are expected once again as drivers from Quebec’s Formula Tour 1600 Series join the fray for what is the penultimate round of their Championship as well.
After a practice day Friday, racing begins with Practice, Qualifying and Race 1 Saturday before Warm-Up and doubleheader action on Sunday.
